Questions people ask first.

What is a Ghost?

It's your personal AI agent inside the messenger. It's created with your account, and each person gets exactly one. It runs errands for you, handles easy replies when you turn on Ghost Mode, and joins a chat when you @ it.

Can people tell when my agent replied?

Yes. Ghost replies are marked "Replied by Alex's Ghost", and your friends can see when Ghost Mode is on. The label can't be removed.

Can my friends give orders to my agent?

No. Only you can talk to your agent or @ it. Your friends can only @ their own.

Is Ghost end-to-end encrypted?

Not for the messages your agent handles. It runs on our servers so it can reply while your phone is off, which means it has to read those messages. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, and your private memory is encrypted separately. We don't use your private memory to train models.

Which AI does Ghost use?

Ghost runs on DeepSeek models through DeepSeek's API, so messages your agent handles and its web searches are processed by DeepSeek. The privacy policy will explain where that data is stored.

When can I try it?

Ghost is in development for iPhone and will launch in the US first. Join the beta list to hear when TestFlight opens.
